Action for non-photo items

• Duplicate an existing ‘Update list entry attribute’ action (not essential to duplicate but will make it easier)
• Description can be anything (ideally something that makes it clear which item it’s indexing)
• ‘List item’ needs to be asset
• Name of flag just the unique name (example is different but ignore that)
• Value of flag
  • If it’s a list item (drop down or multiple choice) it needs to be %@UN_Attribute_Id%
  • If it’s a non-list item (text, number etc) (except photos) it needs to be %@UN%

Adding action for photos

• Duplicate or create ‘Update list entry attachment’ action
• Description can be anything (ideally something that makes it clear which item it’s indexing)
• Unique name of list entry needs to be asset
• Copy of attachment from unique name needs to be UN of photo item
• Attachment name to use can be anything (this is just what the attachment will be called within Boris)
• Maximum number to add (default 1) is how many photos can be added to that 1 field – we normally put 5
